During Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra meditation, you are systematically guided through each layer of your being to relax and heal at every level – including the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.
What is divine sleep® Yoga Nidra?
Divine Sleep® Yoga Nidra is a step-by-step guided meditation that leads you deeply into your own being. You are asked only to become aware of body, breath, thoughts and feelings without needing to change or fix anything.
There is no way to do the practice incorrectly - it’s foolproof and no matter what your experience, you will still receive all the benefits of the practice. There is nothing to do but ‘notice’ which is true meditation. Healing music and nature imagery are typically included in the journey.

what to expect during your private session:
Before we meet, we will:
Discuss your overall health and how you currently feel in you mind, body and heart
Talk about what you are looking to gain from yoga nidra practice
Define a personal intention to be infused within the meditation
during the session, we will:
Check-in about what we previously discussed and how you are feeling that day
Engage in light movement and/or breath work designed to promote relaxation and vibrancy
Use props like blankets and bolsters to set you up in a dreamy state of supported comfort
Experience a full yoga nidra session
Have a closing discussion to review your intention and any reflections on the session
Schedule a follow-up session if desired

Rates begin at $60/1 hr session. Sessions can be extended upon request.
Packages are available.
Additional fees may apply based on travel/location.
Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
Due to time invested and preparation, cancellations receive a 50% refund if canceled more than 3 days (72 hours) in advance.
Cancellations within 72 hours of appointment cannot be refunded.
