True wellness occurs when every layer of our being is in balance & harmony.

Wellness is multidimensional, encompassing your lifestyle, mental and spiritual well-being, and the environment.

Eating nutritious foods, keeping our bodies strong & supple, taking time for relaxation & self-care, recognizing stress and fatigue and honoring your feelings & emotions are just a few of the ways we can support our own personal wellness.

But creating change in our routines, thought patterns and habits is not easy.

Reaching out for support on your journey is an empowering way to love yourself and move towards the balanced life you deserve.

These sessions will…

  • Help you release stress, anxiety and tension, creating space for your true self to emerge

  • Encourage you to shake off old, non-serving thought patterns and replace them with positive, supportive affirmations

  • Assist you in creating new habits that serve your journey to wellness, and nourish body, mind & spirit

  • Provide specific recommendations and weekly plans to create meaningful shifts in your life

  • Incorporate a mix of yoga & mindful movement, personalized meditation techniques, diet modifications, aromatherapy, herbal remedies (when necessary), and compassionate, supportive listening


It is important to note there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution to creating more balance in your life.

Together, we can move your life forward to the true wellness that you so deserve.

Personalized Holistic Wellness Sessions with Brigid are available in person in Central Pennsylvania or via Skype.

Rates begin at $100/session. (First session is typically 2-2.5 hours, follow-up sessions are 1.5-2 hours based on your needs.)

WHAT TO EXPECT - BEFORE we meet (30 min):

  • Discuss your overall health and how you currently feel in you mind, body and heart

  • Define your personal goal(s) for the session(s) and set expectations for our work together

  • Complete a standard patient intake form detailing your past and current health history

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE SESSION (2-3 hrs), WE WILL:                      

  • Check-in about what we previously discussed & how you’re feeling that day

  • Engage in light to moderate yoga movement based on your goal

  • Learn 1-2 breathing techniques designed specifically to support your journey

  • Complete a guided meditation tailored for you (you will have access to an audio recording to listen to this after your session is complete)

  • Receive aromatherapy and/or an herbal remedy to alleviate symptoms & encourage healing

  • Have a closing discussion to review your experience and any reflections on the session

  • Schedule a follow-up session(s) as desired
