L E T ‘ S G A T H E R ::: We’ve been doing it for lifetimes, coming together as women to connect, celebrate, dream, support, and hold space for one another.
Join together with like-minded women on the eve of the new moon to breathe, meditate, and take time embracing our sacred connection to the Moon.
As women, we are intimately connected to the energetic flow of the moon and making time to cultivate this relationship can help us live our most full lives.
New Moons specifically, represent beginning. They’re for planting seeds and setting intentions for our dreams, goals and wishes.
They're an opportunity to take ownership for what we want to manifest and to commit to the actions, thoughts and behaviors necessary to get us there. They're a time to give and receive — to form community.
So come join me, gather with your sisters, find your soul tribe, and let’s raise the collective vibration together.

YIN YOGA
Currently offered via Private Session Only
A slow, passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 2 to 5 minutes, targeting mostly the lower body - the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. Longer holds work to unwind and release the body’s deeper layers of fascia, an effective complement to a more dynamic Yang practice.
Great for athletes and active ‘yangsters’ who love to move
Equally beneficial for those who may have a more sedentary job or lifestyle
Seated and reclined shapes
Long, passive holds to increase flexibility
Lots of variations and props offered (blankets, bolsters, blocks, etc.) to support comfort and depth of practice
Embraces stillness & encourages meditative experience
